Sitting so much during a day may lead to the damage of tissues around the joint. It also make us feel stiff, ache. These stretches can help you to reduce backbone pain, neck pain, knee pain or any kind of a pain if done regularly.
Coach Brian Klepacki from Critical Bench shows us hip flexor stretching exercise to reduce back pain or any kind of pain. Take half knee position, one knee to the ground. Gently twist your leg and put your left hand on the right knee. Keep it for about 15 minutes and repeat the same for the other leg. You will feel a lot of tension is getting released by doing this simple exercise every day. Make sure you don’t overdo this exercise.
